冷水的时候,就可以把马肠子放进去,不要切断注意,要么肉都出来了,要是太长可以先煮一头,再掉头。煮到拿筷子可以轻松扎烂就好。然后拿出切片,直接食用味道最好吃了。那个煮马肠子剩下的汤不要倒。和点面,和软一点,然后扯成皮带面,下锅煮面,煮好之后捞出,乘点汤,汤里面放香菜,洋葱条,放点马肠子,一拌,好吃哦。
我现在就在煮,可是手被烫了,注意拿筷子扎的时候,不要扎露在外面的那一截子,扎沁入汤的那一段,否则一扎烂会喷出汤的,就会烫伤。一定要注意。
