***鲜奶冻***
材料: 鲜奶300c.c.、细白砂糖2大匙、吉利丁1片、酒酿水3大匙
作法:
1. 将300c.c.的鲜奶与2大匙的细白砂糖放入锅中以小火煮熔。
2. 取泡软的1片吉利丁加入(1)中,继续用小火煮,使吉利丁熔化,完成后等待温度变凉后在加入酒酿水3大匙。
3. 将烤箱预热至120℃后关掉,将所有混合好的材料放入烤箱中,利用烤箱中的热气将材料闷熟,直到烤箱凉后就可取出。
4.取出的鲜奶冻冷却后放入冰箱里,冰透后即可食用。
