摘要：Monosubstituted saturated lower hydrocarbons are oxyhalogenated selectivelyto saturated dihalohydrocarbons at 180°- 350° C. in the presence of a catalyst which isformed by depositing a variable valence metal compound on a zeolitic support in such amanner that the catalyst can be employed to selectively produce ethylene dichloride andethylene from ethyl chloride.
