Report on the performance of sales staff
Introduction:
The aim of this report is to analyze the sales performance of the sales staff in the past quarter.
Findings and reasons:
In the past quarter the sales staff performed so greatly that they comp1eted the quarterly sales task ahead of schedule. There are two reasons for this. First of all, we had a clear division of labor, everyone had completed the task well; secondly, the sales department launched a series of sales promotion activities which played a great influence on sales task.
Recommendations:
Rewards should be given to the outstanding sales staff and training opportunities should be provided at the same time.
