摘要：Lower-level information processing device (- to -) obtain parameters used for
estimating power consumption in accordance with the statuses of electric devices (- to -),estimate the power consumption of the electric devices (- to -) on the basis of theparameters, and transmits the estimated value of the estimated power consumption toan upper-level information processing device (). The upper-level information processingdevice () determines an assignment of distribution of supply and demand on the basis ofthe power supply-demand capacity in a predetermined power network and the estimatedvalue of the power consumption and transmits the determined assignments to the lower-level information processing devices (- to -). The lower-level information processingdevices (- to -) controls the operations of the electric device (- to -) on the basis of theassignment of distribution of supply and demand.
