填至坡道下标高方可施工。根据设计图纸,4#坡道局部距地下结构外墙100mm,采用单侧支模进行坡道的结构施工。
3、施工准备
3.1、技术准备
3.1.1、施工人员熟悉图纸结构几何尺寸、标高,翻阅图纸会审资料及相关的变更洽商资料。学习模板支撑体系的相关规范规程,掌握相关材料质量标准、验收流程及节点设置要求。
3.1.2、施工前由主任工程师组织质检员、施工员、安全员、劳务队管理人员对方案的重点、难点进行方案交底。
3.1.3、施工员在施工前对劳务队专业技术工长、专业管理人员进行针对性的技术、质量、安全、消防、文施及环保交底。劳务队专业技术工人按工长下达的交底及质量标准和其它要求进行施工。
3.1.4、因土方单位预留部分原土于坡道下,需测量预留原土标高是否满足坡道施工要求,待坡道施工前将标高高于坡道底板垫层下的原土清除。 3.2、生产准备
3.2.1、根据施工现场的具体情况,明确施工项目的人员构成,划分责任,确保管理人员到位。
3.2.2、摸查施工项目的具体工程量,根据施工进度计划的安排,合理的选派施工操作人员,保证一线操作工人满足施工需要。
3.2.3、根据施工方案由施工员按做法和进度计划提出材料数量和进场计划。材料进场后由施工员、质检员、材料员进行检查验收,不合格材料不得用于工程中。材料检验标准和方法如下:

根据施工现场情况,土方开挖单位在基坑开挖时,已将坡道部分的原土预留在现场,但与实际坡道施工标高不符,故在施工坡道时,应按区域进行标高复测。以此确定坡道下原土是否开挖或回填。

4.2、土方回填
依照图纸设计和工程变更,地下室外墙外侧及坡道外墙两侧800mm范围内和2#、3#坡道间回填2:8灰土,坡道下原土放坡部分回填级配砂石。
4.3.1、肥槽2:8灰土回填
4.3.1.1、施工前,在外墙上用红油漆做好水平标志,以控制回填土的高度或厚度,按照每步回填200㎜弹控制线。
4.3.1.2、回填土应分层铺摊。采用蛙式打夯机,虚铺厚度为250㎜,夯实遍数3~4遍,夯实厚度为200㎜;蛙式打夯机夯不到的部位,采用人力夯,虚铺厚度为150㎜,夯实厚度为100㎜。试验合格后方可进行下一层回填土施工。
4.3.1.3、肥槽过于窄小的部位,采用人工夯实,不得漏夯。人工夯铺土厚度为150㎜,压实后达到100㎜,打夯时要求“夯高过膝,一夯压半夯,夯排三次 ”。 4.3.1.4、冬期施工:根据施工进度计划,肥槽回填土部分可能在冬季进行。若肥槽回填进行冬施,灰土虚铺厚度要比常温施工时减少20~25%,每层铺土厚度不大于200㎜,用蛙式打夯机夯打密实,回填应尽量连续进行,停止回填后土方必须用草帘被覆盖两层,防止灰土受冻。拌合土中冻块粒径应小于150㎜,其含量不大于15%,且分布均匀,逐层压实。施工中做到“四随”即:随拌、随铺、随打,随覆盖。
4.3.2、原土放坡处级配砂石回填
4.3.2.1、将基层上的表面的杂物清除干净。
4.3.2.2、铺筑深度不同时,搭接处的基土面应挖成踏步或者斜坡形,施工应按先深后浅的顺序进行,搭接处应注意压实。
4.3.2.3、坡道部位采用辗压机进行碾压,采用“薄填、慢驶、多次”的方法,碾压机速度控制在2km/h以内,辗压方向应从两边逐渐压向中间,辗轮每次重叠宽度约15~25cm,机辗4~6遍,避免漏压。
4.3.2.4、分段施工时,接头处应做成斜坡,每层错开500㎜~1000㎜,充分压实。 4.3.2.5、铺筑的砂石应级配应均匀,最大粒径不得大于铺筑厚度的2/3。如发现沙窝或者石子成堆现象,应将该处砂子或石子挖出,分别填入级配好的砂石。
4.3.2.6、铺筑级配砂石在夯实碾压前应根据其干湿度和气候条件,适当地均匀洒水以保持砂石的最佳含水率(一般为8%~12%)。
4.3.2.7、回填级配砂石全部完成后,应进行表面拉线找平,凡高出的地方应依线铲平,低洼的地方应补缺夯实。

4.4、底板垫层
4.4.1、垫层混凝土宽度宽出底板侧边200mm。
4.4.2、随混凝土垫层边缘,挖出300mm宽,200mm深的沟槽,并在沟槽的另一侧砌筑4皮120mm厚的砖墙,沟槽内抹20mm厚1:2.5水泥砂浆。 4.5、铺贴底板防水
4.5.1、在底板上先铺设第一道4mm厚防水卷材,底板外伸出长度为1800mm,再铺设第二道3mm厚防水卷材,底板外伸出长度为2100mm,后铺设500mm长的防水附加层,并将三道防水卷材卷入垫层边的沟槽内,最后铺设一道500mm长的3mm厚卷材保护层,盖过沟内的三道防水卷材。
4.5.2、结构底板垫层与防水卷材采用空铺法施工,低档卷材保护层在底板下端部采用满粘法施工。
4.5.3、防水保护层混凝土采用二次浇注的方法,先浇注底板下防水保护层50mm厚C20细石混凝土后,用塑料薄膜与底板外保护层隔开,再浇注底板外至底板垫层上的防水保护层30mm厚C20豆石混凝土。
4.5.4、底板外部分采用15mm厚胶合板覆盖。

4.5.5、坡道外墙第一道水平施工留设在夹掖上返300mm处,施工缝处设止水钢板。 4.6、坡道模板支护
4.6.1、坡道顶板模板支撑采用扣件式脚手架。坡道的顶板分别为450mm、700mm、1000mm、1100mm,对于不同板厚的顶板,采用不同立杆间距的模板支撑方法。700mm、1000mm和1100mm厚的顶板模板支撑为专家论证,详见专项方案。
4.6.2、坡道结构施工顺序按照先施工坡道墙体,再施工坡道顶板的原则。施工工艺:坡道墙体钢筋绑扎→坡道墙体模板支设→坡道墙体混凝土浇筑→坡道顶板模板支设 坡道顶板钢筋绑扎→坡道顶板混凝土浇筑
4.6.3、坡道墙体和顶板模板采用15mm胶合板做面板,墙体采用Ф16穿墙螺栓对拉牢固,间距450×450mm。
4.6.4、坡道墙体两侧每1m用60°斜撑支撑墙体。当坡道外侧墙体距离护坡桩较近

4.2.7、坡道圆弧墙体模板支护
4.2.7.1、本工程的坡道为局部圆弧式,由局部同心的内外两圆弧墙构成,内外圆弧墙之间部分为坡道。3#坡道设有2道圆弧墙体,2#坡道设有2道圆弧墙体,4#坡道设有4道圆弧墙体,并且圆弧半径均不一致。
4.2.7.2、内圆弧最小半径为4500mm;外圆弧最大半径为11500mm,因圆弧半径较小,模板起拱过大且半径数多,因此采用15mm厚的多层板作为模板,板面作穿墙螺栓孔,内外孔距参照下图(因圆周不同,为实现螺栓对穿,内外板孔距不同)。次龙骨50×100木方(竖向),间距250mm,主龙骨为提前弯成预定圆弧的Φ25钢筋(横向排布),间距参见下图。

4.2.7.3、模板在弯制成弧状时,板缝处会出现楔形缝,为了保证板面接缝平整为解决该问题,模板在支模前应在板端进行倒角处理,倒角构造详见下图。

4.2.7.3、模板与龙骨的连接面,因模板的弧度,会出现空隙,如果将孔隙钉实,会出现硬棱,因此龙骨安装前应将木方进行倒角并与模板钉牢,龙骨倒角构造详见下图。

4.7、坡道单侧支模做法
4.7.1、4#坡道H~E轴东侧墙体距离地下室外墙100mm,由于工作面过小,故采用采取反做法进行施工,即先施工挤塑聚苯板,而后自粘SBS防水层,再利用单侧支模进行坡道等结构施工。
4.7.2、与地下室墙相邻的坡道施工工艺:地下室外墙防水找平层→地下室外墙防水层→专用聚合物砂浆→50mm厚挤塑聚苯板施工→3-5mm厚聚合物砂浆抹面→自粘SBS防水层→坡道底板垫层施工→坡道底板防水层→防水保护层施工→4#坡道墙、顶结构施工。

4.7.3、卷材与基层之间均采用自粘法施工,立面卷材应由下往上推滚施工。卷材应错茬接缝,上层卷材应盖过下层卷材。防水卷材到坡道顶部应甩茬,第一层防水卷材卷过600mm,第二层防水卷材卷过300mm。

4.7.4、防水层表面抹灰前采用机械喷涂或用笤帚甩上一层1∶1稀粥状水泥细砂浆(内掺建筑胶),使其凝固在光滑的基层表面,待甩毛上强度后抹砂浆保护层。
4.7.5、单侧支模墙体模板采用15mm胶合板做面板,50×100木方横放中距250mm做龙骨,横竖采用双Φ48钢管背楞,间距900×900mm,采用脚手管加U型托进行对顶,墙体模板的横撑要与不少于2道顶板支撑的横杆扣紧。随坡道坡度每3根立杆设置一道剪刀撑。双侧支模墙体模板采用Φ16穿墙螺栓对拉牢固,间距450×450mm。

4.8、坡道混凝土施工
4.8.1、浇筑坡道墙体混凝土时,严禁直接到顶,须600mm一步,逐层浇筑混凝土。 4.8.2、700、1000、1100mm厚底板在浇筑完混凝土后,当坡道混凝土内部温度和大气温度大于25℃时,须覆盖一层塑料薄膜后再覆盖两层保温被,450mm厚底板覆盖一层保温被,并在坡道出入口处用保温被封闭。
5、质量要求及注意事项
5.3、在钢筋绑扎施工前,由施工员进行详细的技术交底,包括钢筋型号规格、尺寸、间距、锚固长度、接头设置、保护层厚度和机械连接等,并检查各段钢筋的绑扎质量。
5.4、弯钩的朝向要正确,箍筋的间距、数量应符合设计要求,弯钩角度为135°。箍筋弯钩两端平直部分长度相等,弯钩平整不扭曲。箍筋的内净尺寸,应确保主筋绑扎就位和保护层厚度。
