一、 问题的提出
某日在课堂上讲课的时候,突然学生中间传来一阵手机铃声,全班同学的目光一齐转向发出铃声的地方,一位男生慌忙站起来说:“老师,对不起,我忘了关机”。接连几堂课都被学生所带的手机所影响,这一系列突发事件引发了我对本校初中学生带手机现象的思考,我从自己任教的五、六、七,三个年级六个班的学生入手,开展了对初中学生带手机现象的调查。
二、问题的研究
1、究竟有多少初中学生带有手机?
随着人们生活水平的提高,手机成了人们生活中必不可少的通讯工具,中学生们拥有手机已不再是个别现象,越来越多的中学生成了“手机一族” 。据对任教六个班所做的调查,拥有手机的比例如下:

2、手机在初中学生中派什么用场?
当面问学生带手机主要有什么用途时,绝大多数的同学回答:“便于跟家长联系。”一部分同学说:“有助于放学后与同学联系。” 当问到带手机到学校是否会影响学习时,几乎98%的同学回答说“不会 ”,并说只要上课时不让手机铃声响起来就行了。但从对所教六个班的问卷调查看,其实,中学生带手机主要不是方便与家长、同学联系。

从上表情况可以看出,初中学生带手机主要是用来“玩”的,发短信息、打游戏、煲电话粥、互相攀比由于自控能力不强,容易沉迷于此而浪费大量宝贵的学习时间,荒废学业。这也是家长和学校最为担心的。
3、家长给孩子配手机的原因和心态?
在调查中发现家长给学生配手机有以下几种原因和心态:
(1)、家长主动给孩子买的。有的家长因为工作关系经常不在孩子身边,他们认为,只要孩子自觉,有了手机和家人联系更方便了,也不会影响到学习成绩。 有的家长是作为孩子考试成绩优秀的奖励,给孩子买了手机。
(2)、孩子吵着要买的。现在的孩子都是独生子女,父母对他们疼爱有加,在经济条件允许的情况下,总想满足他们的一切愿望。有的学生看到身边的几个要好的同学都已经买了手机,吵着要买一部。作为家长,怕孩子在同学中没有面子,经不住孩子的纠缠便给孩子买了。
(3)、长辈、亲戚送给孩子的。在调查中发现有一部分学生的手机是长辈、亲戚在过年、生日时作为礼物送给孩子的。做父母的碍于长辈、亲戚的面子,也不能过多干涉。
(4)、拒绝给孩子买的。在调查中有位家长告诉我,孩子一直吵着要买一部手机,但他始终没有答应。他是担心给孩子买了手机以后,会去和人家进行攀比 ,还有手机上传播的很
多短信息都是一些低级庸俗的东西,怕孩子学坏。所以他支持学校禁止学生带手机。{初中生带手机的作文}.
(5)、 有的家长给自己的孩子买了手机,但还是显得忧心忡忡。他们认为给孩子买手机的主要目的是在紧急情况下使用,例如,生病,路上摔伤,回家特别迟时,能与家长及时联系上。 但买了以后又担心影响孩子的学习。
(6)、有的家长对孩子使用手机自有一套管理方法,他们每个月去预存一定数额的电话费,不准孩子电话费超过这个数额,每个星期还去打一张通话清单,检查是否有“可疑”的电话。他们认为只要管理得当,给孩子配个手机未尝不可。
