自我介绍
上午/下午好！很高兴能有这次机会向大家介绍自己。我希望自己今天的表现能够获得大家的认可。现在我要简短地做一下自我介绍。我叫XXX，是一名高中英语教师。我毕业于XX大学外语学院。我的专业是英语。自毕业以来，我一直从事英语教学工作。我热爱自己的职业，也喜欢活泼可爱的孩子们。每当我站在讲台上，看到一双双求知的眼睛，我都会感到无比的自豪和激动。我喜欢英语这门语言，我要用自己的知识和能力把这份对英语的热爱传递给每一位英语学习者。兴趣是最好的老师，有了兴趣才有努力做好一切事情的动力，英语学习也是这样。我希望通过我的课堂教学让每一位英语学习者爱上英语这门课。同时让英语学习变得不再枯燥乏味，而是一种乐趣。相信我，一定不会让大家失望。

上午/下午好！我是一名高中英语教师，多年来一直从事高中英语教学工作。最近一段时间我一直忙于高三复习备考工作。我非常热爱自己的职业，也希望用自己的课堂教学把我对英语的这份热爱传递给每一位英语学习者。对于很多英语学习者来说，词汇一直是大家感到担忧的问题，所以最近一段时间，我也在研究怎样帮助学生扩大词汇量的问题。同时解决学生英语单词难记或者记不住的问题。在我的帮助下，很多同学觉得记忆英语单词
不再是一件枯燥乏味的工作，而是一种乐趣。通过具体生动的语境记忆单词，而不是单纯的死记硬背，这样英语学习就多了一些学习的乐趣，英语学习会更加快乐。

怎样把课堂变得更有趣
作为一名教师，谁都希望自己的课堂更加生动有趣，谁都希望自己的学生在课堂教学中快乐地学习成长。那么，在课堂上靠什么来吸引学生的眼球和注意力呢?怎样使课堂变得生动有趣呢?
首先，教师要不断提高自己的知识水平和业务能力，只有这样才能有能力做一名优秀的教师。
其次，教师要在教学中要创设宽松和谐的课堂氛围，通过提问和课堂互动让你的课堂教学更加精彩。 学生学习英语主要是英语课上，缺少应用英语的环境和场合。所以教师要努力创设学习英语的课堂环境，为学生提供听、说、读、写的机会。课堂上也要要求学生尽量用英语表达。提高学生学习英语的主动性，使其产生更大的兴趣。
第三、采取各种丰富的教学方法
教师可以利用游戏、竞赛、表演、唱歌等丰富多彩的教学方法，这样既能引起儿童的注意，也最能激发他们的学习兴趣。不仅调动了学生学习英语的积极性，而且在激烈的竞争中，学生情绪高涨，学得主动，记得牢固。

The importance of learning English

网络授课的优缺点
我认为网络授课有以下优点。
首先，网络授课对学习时间没有限制。互联网的开放性决定了网络上的信息资源可随时共享，因此摆脱了传统教育对学习时间的严格要求，求学者可根据需要自主安排学习时间。
其次，网络授课对学习地点没有限制。网络授课为学习者提供了平等地享用教育资源的机会，它使学校教育突破了地域的限制。
再次，网络授课对办学条件没有限制。传统教育的质量和数量很大程度上受到办学条件的限制，而网络授课则不同，屏幕课堂可使学生人数不再受到限制；师资力量也空前壮大，不同学校的老师可以联合授课。因此网络授课的优点就是：以学生为中心；资源丰富；学习具有开放性、自主性、协作性、情境性。
网络授课的缺点就是学生面对计算机进行人机交互学习，缺少面授教学中师生间的亲切交流以及同学间的情感交流。不过随着科技的不断进步这个问题正在进行改善。因此个人一定要权衡网络教学的优缺点，利用网络教学的优点去促进自己的学习，以便在利用最少的时间达到事半功倍的效果。
Advantages and disadvantages of online teaching

教学中遇到的最有趣的事
说起自己教学过程中遇到的有趣的事还真不少，现在想想还忍不住想笑。记得有一次英语课上，我班一位同学听着听着睡着了，也许是太困了，这位同学居然还打起了呼噜，更可气的是声音居然超出了我讲课的声音。于是我就停止了讲课，我想看看是哪位大仙如此胆大包天。当我停止讲课时，令人奇怪的是，呼噜声也停止了，我找不到那个打呼噜的学生了。当我开始讲课时，令人奇怪的是呼噜声又开始出现了。后来我是边讲课边留意，终于找出了那个家伙。原来这个同学用课本挡住脸，来掩盖自己。不幸的是这次他的课本拿反了，上下是颠倒着的。
The most interesting thing in teaching
Speaking of the interesting things I encountered in my teaching process, I can't help laughing now.I remember once in English class, one of my classmates fell asleep while listening. Maybe he was too sleepy. He even snored.So I stopped teaching, I wanted to see who was so brave.When I stopped lecturing, the snoring stopped, strangely enough, and I couldn't find the snoring student.When I started the lecture, the strange thing was that the snoring started again.Then I was paying attention while I was teaching and finally found the guy.It turned out that the student covered his face with the textbook to hide himself.Unfortunately, this time his textbook was upside down.
