It在这句话中指的是天气。

例如：如：It’s cloudy. It’s sunny.  …but the sun is shining.

前面学了定冠词the, 表示再次提到的和大家都明白的特指时用。本课出现的定冠词的另一用法：在太阳、地球、月球的前面要加定冠词the,

例如: the earth the moon the sun  They are walking over the bridge.

1. 介词 “over” 在这里的意思是“to the other side of”，指的

是到“…的另一端”，有跨过的意思。所以这句话的意思是

“他们正在过桥”

2. Over还有一个常用的意思，表示“…之上”，指的是没有接

触的“正上方”，这一点注意和on进行区别。 例如：There is a book on the table.

There is a bridge over the river. The aeroplane is flying over the river.

3. They are walking…. 这一课，我们学习“他们在做…”，所以

后面的be动词用are. 前面一课我们学习的是单数形式“He is doing../She is doing…”

例： They are running after a dog. They are wait for a bus. 4. aeroplane 飞机
