摘要：A system and method for enhancing object state awareness is disclosed. Thesystem includes a receiver subsystem (200) that receives reference signals from anuncontrolled transmitter (10,120,130) and scattered transmissions originating from theuncontrolled transmitter and scattered by an object (100). The system also includes afront-end processing subsystem that determines a radial velocity of the object based onthe received transmissions. The system also includes a back-end processing subsystemthat determines object state estimates based on the determined radial velocity.
